Most importantly, KEEP IT NEUTRAL.
If you are sitting, make sure the natural curve of your low back (or “lumbars”) is intact. If your chair has a back, consider using a lumbar pillow for support.
If you are standing, take care not to lock your knees. Shift your weight very gently in a figure-8 shape to prevent rigidity.
If your are sitting on a seat without a back, you will need to actively maintain the lumbar curve.
